Connect with your prayer ministry team:
The GCC prayer ministry is a behind-the-scenes group who pray for our congregation, its leaders, our community, and our country. We believe in the power of prayer and see God moving mightily in our church and community. There are several ways you can be involved. How would you like to get connected?
Pray from home or work. There is an email distribution list for those who would like to pray for the needs that come to GCC each week. Send an email to the church office (office@georgetownchristian.org) and let them know that you'd like to be added. When the emails arrive, take a moment to pray over each need.
Pray one-on-one with others. There may be church and/or community prayer events planned throughout the year. If you'd like to join this prayer ministry and be called on to pray for those in need, let me know.
Private prayer session. Within the prayer ministry team is a small group who are devoted to the deepest needs of church and community. If you would like to set an appointment for a private meeting, just let me know.
It is our honor and privilege to pray for you. We would be equally honored to have you join the ministry and pray for others.
