Grief Recovery Workshop

You and/or a family member may be interested in attending a Grief Recovery Workshop to walk through your grief with others in a similar situation.  Topics will include: understanding the stages of grief, coping mechanisms, symptoms, anger, guilt, and how to grow and become stronger as a result of the experience.
